This E. M. White canoe was built by renown builder Chuck Rooney in the early 1980s and stored by the builder in perfect unused condition since that time. Built using traditional methods and materials and in pristine condition, this canoe is a great value and an example of beautiful craftmanship.

DAGNY is a traditionally built, square rigged Nordlands Boat built in Rognan, Norway by master builder Kai Linde.
The Nordlands Boat is the quintessential northern Norwegian wooden boat, having been built continuously for hundreds of years. They can be built in a variety of sizes with the same basic shape: lapstrake double-ended hull with high, plumb stems at the bow and stern with power provided by oars and square sail.
DAGNY was build using all traditional methods and materials by one of the few remaining Norwegian builders to specialize in the Nordlands Boat.
DAGNY, her builder and the history/construction of Nordlands Boats are featured in Wooden Boat no. 171 (March/April 2003) pages 26 to 31.
Included with DAGNY is a galvanized Shorelander trailer in very good condition.

This new Doug Hylan designed peapod has been completed to the highest standard by the Carpenter’s Boatshop in Pemaquid, Maine.
Doug Hylan describes the Beach Pea as “seaworthy, stable, and easily rowed. Here is a pod that is a bit smaller than most, but she will still carry a big load and bring you through some lumpy water with confidence.”
Offered at $4,600. For an additional $2,500 the builder can expertly retrofit this boat for sailing, with a centerboard, tiller, mast, sprit and new sail.
