Veritas’ is an in-house designed Abeking & Rasmussen, with those adorable classical lines and craftsmanship that made them world famous. A class of boat any discerning sailor could only appreciate her sailing capabilities and nostalgic sea kindly motion when underway.
An active yacht in the local Caribbean Classic Regattas and a yacht to be seen aboard. The ‘timeless’ lines of ‘Veritas’ are admired by all that pass her by on the dock and those that see her pass them by on the water.
Recent works: Teak deck removed, all underlying steel structure brought to a marine surveyors satisfaction, a ½” marine plywood sub deck glassed and epoxied, followed by the relaying of the teak deck. New steel winch boxes aft and all new stainless steel stanchions to finish. Her new mizzen is now finished and installed. Her main mast sheaved and also reinstalled.
She is in the water as of 9/24/2012 and all systems are up and running.

| Vessel Walkthrough “Veritas” is fitted with a master stateroom is aft with head and shower and two berths. There is one guest head and shower. This vessel showcases the typical Rhodes design horseshoe cockpit with ladder leading to dockhouse(forward) which has dinette table and seats to port and navigation table and settee to starboard.There are three steps down that lead to the dining saloon with four berths; three steps down aft leads to master stateroom. The galley is forward of dining saloon on same level as is fo’c's’le, with two berths, a head and basin. There is a guest head and shower off the dining saloon.Mizzen mast is stepped aft of cockpit with lazarette aft of that. Galley: Seafrost refrigerator/freezer/icebox; Heritage 5 burner alcohol stove with oven; water heater; pressure water system. |
