Listing Policy
As of December 1, 2004, we require a pre-purchase survey on all listings of boats more than 19’.
Over the years we have found that the first and central question of every prospective buyer is: “What is the actual condition of the vessel?”
A current survey lays out in a forthright manner a full disclosure of the actual condition of the boat. This policy is beneficial for all parties and expedites the transaction.
